Discussions on functionality, durability, and style will enable the designer to create a meaningful space for you.

Job proposal and Estimate

This step includes a scaled architectural design of the area to be remodeled, along with a comprehensive job site walk through to discuss the changes to be made. Along with an estimate explaining the scope and cost of the project. Upon acceptance, the contract is to be signed by the client and your project manager.

Preconstruction planning

It is this phase of the project where the final design is worked out along with picking out finishes, any appliances this usually involves one or two meetings along with field trips to the appropriate vendors and supply houses.

Final plan and design verification

Before demolition begins, we validate all drawings and floor plans with the client. Materials are finalized and ordered. Estimated construction dates are agreed upon.

While the construction

process is underway the areas under construction are kept clean as possible. During this time the client is constantly kept up to date with the project progress, and made aware of any delays or issues that may arise.

Project completion

Once the project has been completed. We complete a walk through with the client, to review the finished work and to remedy any issues that have not already been addressed. The project will not be considered finished until the client is satisfied.
